2009 NCTE Leadership Development Award

CCHS English teacher, Trevor Guina, is one of three teachers in the Western United States to receive the prestigious 2009 NCTE (National Council of Teachers of English) Region 8 Leadership Development Award. Mr. Guina received his undergraduate degree from Holy Names College and his masters from CSU San Francisco. He will represent the western states at the National Council of Teachers of English annual convention in Philadelphia at the end of November and will receive his award at a special breakfast during the convention.
