Go Maddy Go!

CCHS soccer standout, Maddy Meyer, made the State Olympic Development Soccer Team in December. Maddy will travel throughout the state to play with the team.

In addition, Maddy became a published poet this month. Last year, as part of her freshman English class, Maddy wrote a poem as one of her assignments. Her teacher, Mrs. Guina, was so impressed she urged her to submit the poem for publication. Maddy’s work was selected for a book of poetry. The book was just released this month.
