Kids' Day 2011

Senior Mary Endsley and junior Alexa Sacchini took time out of their very busy last week of school to join other CCHS students selling newspapers for the Modesto Bee/Salvation Army Kids' Day, setting a record for Central Catholic participants. The 16 Central Catholic students participating sold 200 papers (at $1.00 each) and raised just over $300 for kids' programs at the Salvation Army, $60 more than last year. This was just one of the many Christian Service projects our students worked on this year, logging an impressive, record-breaking total of 22,470 hours of service to our community.
