Central Catholic students raised over $250 on Kids’ Day, selling newspapers in front of school and on the corner of Maze and Carpenter on May 18th, for the hour before school.
Three Rotary Club Scholarships were among the many that offered CCHS
seniors almost $4 million dollars in college money this year.
Congratulations to the CCHS math team. They competed on Saturday April 24th at the Stanislaus County Math Bowl at CSU Stanislaus. Marites Seitz and Nick Lewis both walked away with honorable mentions.
The 2010 Academic and Athletic Open House was a wild success. Our CC Boosters did a fabulous job on the delicious hamburger BBQ.
Senior Award for Mrs. Seamon. CCHS friend and long-time supporter, Kathryn Seamon, has been selected for the 2010 Senior Award for District 3 and will be honored by the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors on May 18th.

The WASC/WCEA (Western Association of Schools and Colleges and Western Catholic Education Association) accrediting team visited Central Catholic on March 22,
The Central Catholic Science Olympiad team took third place out of 18 high school teams in the regional Science Olympiad on March 6.
Central Catholic's David Ferry (135) captured the State Championship at the CIF State Meet in Bakersfield, March 6, 2010. Great job also to Ben Martinez, Steven Widmer and Cameron Ferry who also competed.
