I have been teaching Spanish and coaching volleyball at Central Catholic for four years now. I am also the Head of the Department. I am fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish due to living, studying, and teaching abroad in Guatemala. I have a teaching credential from Chapman University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from UCSB. I have been teaching for almost 6 years now. My first teaching job was at a bilingual school in Guatemala and then I returned to my hometown of Escalon, CA to pursue teaching and began working as a substitute and eventually worked as a full time teacher at the 2nd and 3rd grade levels for two years prior to coming to Central. I have made myself quite at home here at Central and I am excited for a new year with new students and challenges.
