Hi everyone, my name is Tiffany Sheehy and I’m a teacher in the math department. Since my start at CC in 2006, I’ve taught pre-algebra through algebra 2. I also taught one class
of speech last year! My assignment this year includes all of the geometry classes, honors geometry, and one period of algebra 2.
To begin this school year, Tony Miranda will be taking over my classes. I will be out on maternity leave. Mr. Miranda has over thirty years of teaching experience and will fit
wonderfully into our Central community. I look forward to my return and transitioning back into the classroom.
Central Catholic has a great way of making its members feel at home. It is a unique place where people get to showcase all of their interests. In addition to my teaching duties,
I also co-moderate the Interact club. This is a service club linked to Rotary International that does a lot of charitable work in the community.
I look forward to meeting this year’s new crop of students. I’m also anxious to come back and meet with those few students who I’ve had as freshmen all they way through, this,
our senior year (my first graduating class).
Please see the attached syllabus to get detailed classroom information. Make sure to check NetRaider often and consult the teacher for accurate grade information. I look forward
to meeting you all in November and working together through the end of the school year!
