Congratulations Anthony Luis!

Anthony Luis, '09, first attended the National Student Leadership Conference, as a student, the summer of 2007 and he attended their alumni service project February of 2008 to rebuild homes devastated by hurricane Katrina. After graduating from Central Catholic High School he began to work for the National Student Leadership Conference Program. He has been promoted to the position of Assistant Program Director. As the Assistant Program Director, he will be coordinating the logistics for sessions in a professional setting at four locations: University of California, Berkeley, University of Maryland, University of Chicago, and Tulane University (New Orleans, LA). In addition he will be working with high school students to accentuate their best attributes and develop their unique leadership style. Anthony states "I love working with the NSLC because of the core principals we teach; I get the opportunity to continue to live by the values that Central Catholic helped me to foster through high school and pass those on to developing leaders! I feel blessed to be given this opportunity to pass on the Catholic mantra of servant leadership!"

Anthony continues his studies at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, majoring in Agricultural Education.
