  • Academic Decathlon Club

    Moderator: Mr. Garcia
     
    A national organization, the students compete on three levels, studying 10 subjects and competing with each other for placement on the team.  The team then competes with other schools for recognition.

  • Art Club

    Moderator: Mr. Glines

    The purpose of the Art club is to promote the fine arts on the CCHS campus, to raise funds each year for the Kristi Phippen Memorial Art Scholarship, and to increase cultural awareness and enrichment of the art club members. The art club is composed of students who have an interest in any of the fine arts, although more emphasis is probably placed on visual art. Students need not be taking fine arts classes to be an art club member.
  • Blue Crew

    Club Moderator: Mr. Billy Hylla

    This club supports the spirit leaders and rally commissioners. It promotes school spirit and participation in crowd response.
  • Chess Club

    Moderator: Mr. Juarez
     
    Students will get together during lunch, before and after school to play chess.
  • Christian Athlete Association Club (CAA)

    Moderator: Mr. Hylla

    The purpose of the CAA is to offer support to all sports and participants. The club is open to all students who participate in athletics.

    For students interested in writing, acting, and producing performances, especially as possible add ins for this year's fall Fine Arts Production.

  • Feminine Arts & Literature Appreciation Club

    Moderator: Mrs. Nichols
     
    The purpose of this club is to appreciate arts created by women and discuss the meanings of their works contributing to feminism. This club promotes unity, empowerment, and creativity among students.
  • Food Club

    Collect food items needed for different charities in our area.

  • Interact

    Club Moderator: Mrs. Magni &  Mr. Pecchenino

    The purpose of Interact is to provide opportunities for young people to work together in a world fellowship dedicated to service and international understanding. To be eligible for membership a person must possess good character and leadership potential and is a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student at Central Catholic High School between the ages of 14 and 18.

  • Jeopardy Club

    A Jeopardy champion carries  a high level of respect that society applies to them for achieving what seems to be a mastery in many subjects.

  • Liturgy Club

    The club is designed to help set up and prepare for all school liturgies.
  • NAMI Club

    Moderator: Mrs. Dillon
     
    NAMI on Campus High School Clubs are student-led groups that promote mental health and wellness. Our goal is to end stigma by raising awareness that mental illness is not rare and should be treated like any other kind of medical condition. Club members become advocates within the school and wider community, and work towards creating a more positive and mental health-supportive school environment.

  • Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe

    Moderator: Mr. Mendoza

    To raise money for our Catholic churches in need and to support Catholic Schools around the Diocese. This is a part of our Hispanic Catholic Celebrations. (You do not need to know Spanish to join this group.)




  • Recycling Club

    Club Moderator: Ms. Randall

    The purpose is to assist CCHS in implementing, maintaining, and improving recycling programs.
  • Science Olympiad

    Club Moderator: Ms. Parry

    The Science Olympiad will work for enhancing knowledge in the integrated field of science, technology, engineering, and math on CCHS campus. Student members of this club will be able to participate in the annual science Olympiad, and various school promotional activities. These activities will help prepare members for career paths in science. Coaching will be provided for readiness to participate in these activities.

  • Social Justice Club

    Club Moderator: Mrs. Velazquez

    The purpose of the Social Justice club is to reach the needs of the poor and outcasts in society. WE put on the Passion play and have many fundraisers such as: Walk for life, Baby bottles, Can Food Drive, Valentine treats for the elderly and Jeans for Justice.

  • Speech & Debate Club

    For any students interested in learning the basics of high school speech and debate competitions. 
  • Tech Club

    Moderator: Mr. Grover

    The purpose of the Tech club is to increase awareness of the latest developments in the area of technology including career options in a diverse economy.  It provides a positive forum in which students can be creative, innovative, and marketable in their prospective area of interests as well as a "user friendly" place for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to learn and use the latest computer technology.
  • Valley Voices Writing Club

    Moderator: Mr. Guina

    Valley Voices is a creative writing club. This meets informally to celebrate writing.
  • Yearbook/Photography Club

    Moderator: Mr. Glines

    Club members get to show their creativity by taking photos of CCHS activities, sports, and events, and by designing layouts for the yearbook, writing copy and using computer design skills.  Yearbook club/staff members also develop organizational and leadership skills as you work under deadlines to produce this year's RENEGADE.
