Private Tours

The importance of visiting a campus cannot be overstated enough. Flyers, brochures,  web pages, and videos cannot replace experiencing first-hand the academics, athletics, and social life of our school. Seeing for your self offers the best insight of all.

We invite everyone to visit us, ask
questions, and get to know our family! We provide private tours and encourage parents to visit during the day to experience Central Catholic's learning environment. Tours are available most mornings by appointment, but accommodation can also be made for afternoon visits.

Please contact us directly at (209) 524-9611 and we will happily work with you to arrange a tour that fits into your schedule.

Course Selection

Incoming Students: Please join us on Monday, March 25th at 6:00pm for your Course Selection Night. Your course selections will be elective courses to fill your class roster which will be handed to you that evening. The required courses will have already been selected for you based off of the Placement Testing results.

Returning Students: In the spring semester, CCHS Couneslors will visit classroom and review the Curriculum Guide and Course Selection Forms with our returning students. We encourage you to contact your student's counselor if you haev any questions concerning course selection or the four year plan. The Course Selection Form needs to be signed and returned to your child's counselor.

Open House

Your selection process is all about finding the school that will best-serve your student's needs. You want to partner with an education family that inspires and encourages your child to think critically, mature, and be challenged to excel. We invite you to get to know Central Catholic High School and all we offer during our Open House events.

Central Catholic Open Houses will allow you to explore our campus, meet the faculty, staff, administration, coaches, and of course, our students. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the programs offered and how WE can help your child prepare for the rigors of college.

Scholarship Night

WE know that an education from Central Catholic High School is an investment in your child's future and one that requires saving, planning, and sacrifice. Our Scholarship program was established by the Diocese of Stockton and the Central Catholic High School Foundation to help families send their children to CCHS. WE encourage all students to apply for scholarships!

In order to help our families understand the various scholarships that are available, as well as the scholarship application process, we will be hosting a Scholarship  Information session on Tuesday, October 23rd beginning at 7:00 PM in the Sister Irene Library. For more information, or to sign up for the event, please contact Joan Hart at (209) 524-9611

Shadow Days

Your student will experience a day-in-the-life-at Central Catholic as they "shadow" a Student Ambassador through their class schedule. A limited number of spots are available for each Shadow Day so please register to reserve your spot as soon as possible. Shadow Day events are limited to a maximum of 10 registered students. If the event is full, please select a different date.

If you are a transfering high school student, please contact Rebekah Nelson (nelson@cchsca.org).

All visiting students must have a Shadow Day Permission Form on file in order to participate. You can access the form by following this link  Shadow Day Permission Form.

Students shadowing must follow the dress code. They do not have to wear CCHS shirts, but must be in a collared shirt and follow all other dress code guidelines. Please follow this link to view our Dress Code found in the Student/ Parent Handbook.

8th-Grade Day

Central Catholic High School would like to invite all 8th graders in the community to attend a special 8th Grade Day in the Fall.

The students will begin the day by checking in at the Mark Gallo Health & Fitness Center. They will then move on to participating in rally games, visiting classrooms, and enjoying a free lunch. They will get to meet current students, potential CCHS classmates, and teachers.

Parents are hosted in our library from 9:00am to 12:00pm and will learn about Central Catholic High School, the admissions process, and our scholarship opportunities. And as always, feel free bring a friend!

If you are an 8th grader at one of our partner schools and filled out this form and turned into your school, you do not need to fill out another one.
