Transfer Students
1) Submit the Transfer Student application
2) Submit a copy of the Student's High School Transcript 3) Submit a copy of the Student's most recent Standardized Test Scores 4) Submit a copy of the Student's Disciplinary and Attendance Records 5) Transfer Student Interview (Coordinated by the Admissions Team)
Standardized Test Scores from 6th and 7th-grade (if you have 8th-grade scores, please include those as well)
IEP/504 Documents (if applicable)

6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Grade Disciplinary Records
