WE Lift

Mission
The Central Catholic “WE Lift” Strength & Conditioning Program’s mission is to focus on strengthening our student-athletes physically, mentally, and socially through educating all on proper form, lifting technique, body mechanics, and Olympic movements.

Vision Statement
The vision is to utilize well-constructed and developed strength and conditioning programs to enhance our student’s performance physically, psychologically, and socially. The goal of the program to gain success through developing strong individuals that exemplify our core values through their actions.

Our Goals

  • Educate all members in proper form, lifting techniques, and body mechanics through all exercise movements to promote safety and prevent injury.
  • Become efficient in training both teams and individuals in strength & conditioning programs. Using both sport and individual-specific fitness measurements to monitor and track overall progression.
  • Create a motivational environment for all members to enjoy both exercising and using the facility in hopes to facilitate healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Create an educational environment for individuals to better their knowledge of overall health and well-being through the use of exercise, physical activity, and basic nutrition.
  • Develop classes and workshops that focus on overall health and well-being.
  • Become a community leader by exemplifying a balanced healthy lifestyle.
