There are two counselors available for Central Catholic High School's students. Each counselor covers two, alternate grades and stays with the same students from the time they come in as freshmen. The counseling department hosts several events throughout the year and they also host college representatives on campus through out the year for students to meet with.

  • Career Day

Career Day is a day where students could get more of a personal approach to their career interests. We have surveyed the student's interests, and with the data, we invited local business representatives to share their careers paths. The day is broken up into sessions and students will attend the sessions that fit their interests. During the sessions, students may ask questions (such as, work experience needed and/or college degree required).

  • College Night

This is an informational night for all students and their parents. We have representatives from the UCs, CSUs, Private schools, and the Military Academies. It is a great opportunity to take advantage of and establish a relationship with the college admission representatives.
  • Financial Aid Night

Financial aid night is dedicated to help senior parents with the FAFSA applications. Each year, representatives from MJC and CSU Stanislaus will put on an evening event to assist with the FAFSA applications.
  • Ethics Day

Ethics Day is a senior graduation event held at Del Rio Country Club. It is a “Dress for Success” event and seniors are required to be in their business attire. The purpose of the day is to expose students to some of the many ethical decisions in which professionals are required to address in today’s business world.
