Currently Accepting Transfer Students for the 2020-2021 School Year

Transfer Students

1) Submit the Transfer Student application 
2) Submit a copy of the Student's High School Transcript
3) Submit a copy of the Student's most recent Standardized Test Scores
4) Submit a copy of the Student's Disciplinary and Attendance Records
5) Transfer Student Interview (Coordinated by the Admissions Team)

Admissions Process

Documents to Submit

    • 6th Grade Report Card
    • 7th Grade Report Card
    • 8th Grade Report Card (Semester 1)
    • Standardized Test Scores from 6th and 7th-grade (if you have 8th-grade scores, please include those as well)
    • IEP/504 Documents (if applicable)
    • 6th, 7th Grade, and 8th Grade Attendance Records
    • 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Grade Disciplinary Records
    • Send Recommendation Form to a current Teacher, Counselor or Principal

Entrance Exam

Testing takes place in the Mark Gallo Health & Fitness Center Gym (on the CCHS campus) from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Students should arrive by 8:15am to ensure that testing begins on time. 

Students should bring:
  • A mask
  • A water bottle
  • A book to read in-between tests
  • A fully-charged laptop (we will provide a device for them if they do not own a laptop)
We will also provide snacks for them in-between tests. Calculators are not allowed but we will provide scratch paper for them to use.

Please note: if you currently attend Our Lady of Fatima in Modesto, St. Stanislaus, Sacred Heart in Patterson, Sacred Heart in Turlock or St. Anthony's in Manteca, you will be tested at your school during the last week of January and do not need to register for an exam at CCHS. 

*St. Bernard's in Tracy has decided to have students register to take it at CCHS instead of their school.
