Financial Aid & Scholarships

Financial Aid

Central Catholic is dedicated to its mission to witness to the Gospel while building an educational community that inspires the spiritual, academic, and social development of young adults. Central Catholic believes that all students should be given the opportunity to attend our school.

Financial aid applications will only be considered for currently enrolled students and prospective new students who have completed the admissions application.

Applications for financial aid and scholarships will open on October 15.

1. The Financial Aid application is completed online through FACTS.
2. All families interested in receiving tuition assistance (both new and returning families who want to receive or renew their financial aid) are required to complete the online FACTS application
3. The information and documentation that families provide during the FACTS application process will be reviewed, analyzed, and summarized by FACTS and then provided to the Central Catholic Financial Aid Committee
4. The Committee will make all decisions based on the information provided to FACTS
5. Applicants will be notified of financial aid awards and will have a month to accept (and register for the 2022-2023 school year) or deny the awards

Scholarships

Central Catholic High School seeks to provide an affordable college preparatory education to our families. We understand that education from Central Catholic High School is an investment in your child's future and one that requires saving, planning, and sacrifice. The Scholarship program was established by the Diocese of Stockton and the Central Catholic High School Foundation to help families send their children to CCHS. We encourage all students to apply for scholarships!

We are blessed to be able to offer a substantial number of scholarships. All scholarships REQUIRE filling out the FACTS financial aid form, submitting 2 letters of recommendation, and submitting essays (if required for the scholarship).

The following scholarships, with the exception of the CCHS Foundation Academic Scholarship, the Chris Wilde Science Scholarship, and the Joe and Terri Ward Scholarship, will be repeated throughout the student's CCHS career as long as criteria continue to be met. Scholarships are available to all students, current and incoming unless noted otherwise in that scholarship.

Those interested in applying for student scholarships are advised to carefully review and follow the Scholarship Application Process. For any questions or further information, please contact Mrs. Kari Paris at paris@cchsca.org or (209) 524-6822.
