COVID-19 Guidelines

Guidelines for Athletes and Families
  • All workouts are optional and not mandated. 
  • Everyone will be required to complete all athletic forms including the COVID-19 acknowledgment waiver.
  • All athletes and coaches will be screened before sessions begin. This will include a temperature reading. Any person with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will not be allowed to take part in workouts.
  • Workouts will be in small groups. 
  • Athletes and coaches will not be allowed to have any physical contact during these sessions. 
  • Water will not be provided. Each athlete must bring their own hydration product. Drinking fountains and bottle fillers will not be available. 
  • Locker rooms are not available for changing purposes. Athletes must come dressed for the workout.  
  • We ask that athletes shower before arriving for workouts. It is also recommended they shower and change their clothes once returning home. 
  • We ask all athletes to wait in their cars until it is time for workouts to begin. 
  • Athletes will need to leave campus immediately at the conclusion of the workout. (We will stay on schedule for workouts) 
  • Only athletes and coaches will be allowed to attend the workouts. Anyone helping with transportation is asked to stay in their vehicle during the sessions. 

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please do not attend workouts. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. 
  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Bluish lips or face
